The business idea was born

It was when I realized that my standards and approaches to manicure and pedicure were changing. In the 2000s, the choice of services was limited: a classic manicure with a regular varnish or modeling for a dramatic change. I used to serve up to 12 clients a day, but with the advent of new products, such as colored gels, the process became longer. I couldn't refuse clients, but I didn't have enough time, so I decided to hire assistants. This allowed me not only to maintain quality but also to scale. I realized that care should be efficient and time-saving, and clients should receive the same quality of service, regardless of the nail technician. That's how I came up with not just a business, but a brand that focuses on comfort, professionalism, and standards of modern care.

 

Important skills that help in your work

Planning, systematization, and adaptation are important to me. Regardless of the country in which we operate, we always tailor our services to the needs of our clients in a particular region. At the same time, adjustments are made very loyally and thoughtfully.

  • The more papers you have, the calmer your life is.
  • Even if you feel sick with fear, you have to move on!

 

Business crisis and how to overcome it

The critical moment came with the outbreak of the war, when we lost a significant part of the team. This presented the company with a difficult task: to disband the existing staff and quickly gather new specialists to support the work of the salons, especially those that were opening in Europe. The way out of this situation was made possible by promptly searching for specialists in different countries and actively working on the formation of a new staff of Ukrainian specialists. They were trained and adapted to the working conditions in other locations, which helped to maintain the quality of services and ensure the continuous operation of the salons on an international level.

For me, the main thing is live communication, exchange of energy, knowledge, and experience. It is an interaction that energizes, inspires, and enables growth. Rest also plays an important role, as it helps to recuperate and find new ideas.

We are constantly introducing new technologies and products to the market, carefully selecting the best to improve our work. One of our achievements is the introduction of the medical coverage service. We also try to follow a gender-neutral approach, not dividing the cost of services by gender. After all, the main thing for us is the quality, safety, and comfort of the client, regardless of gender.
