In September 2023, the State institution Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office (EEPO) became the National Contact Point (NCP) for the EU’s Digital Europe Programme (DEP) in Ukraine. This significant role supports Ukraine’s integration into Europe’s digital transformation and opens new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses, organizations, and institutions in the field of digital innovation.

As an NCP, the EEPO not only represents Ukraine’s interests within the DEP but also provides valuable support to national stakeholders. The key tasks of the EEPO as an NCP include:

  • Promoting EU digital policy in Ukraine: Actively supporting the implementation of digital transformation policies, enabling Ukrainian businesses, organizations, and institutions to participate in the DEP.
  • Informing about Program opportunities: Actively communicating new opportunities and participation conditions to national stakeholders, encouraging more applications and increasing Ukrainian organizations’ involvement in competitions.
  • Consulting support: Providing professional guidance on preparing applications for EU programs, covering technical, legal, and financial aspects to facilitate successful funding acquisition.
  • Collaboration with other EU NCPs: Actively cooperating with National Contact Points in other EU countries to create an effective support network for applicants and share experiences.

DEP4ALL is a large-scale initiative under the EU’s DEP, uniting 17 organizations from 14 countries. Its primary goal is to build a robust European network of National Contact Points (NCPs) and support organizations seeking to leverage digital funding opportunities.

The project runs from September 2024 to August 2026 and focuses on ensuring equal access to information, knowledge, and consultations for both experienced applicants and newcomers. DEP4ALL not only fosters the development of the digital community but also enhances the quality of applications submitted to the Digital Europe DEP.

  • Simplifying access to the DEP: Explaining procedures, security requirements, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Creating a knowledge base: Covering all thematic areas of the DEP, including digital technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, skills, and more.

Who is the project for?

DEP4ALL targets:

  • National Contact Points that support the implementation of the DEP in their countries.
  • Public, educational, business, and civil society organizations interested in digital projects.
