CHEF DAYS — the heart of the event
The highlight of the program is CHEF DAYS 2.0, organised by the exhibition partners — the Association of Chefs of Ukraine and the Culinary Academy.
Two days of masterclasses, live fire, tastings, and real gastronomic shows by the country’s leading chefs.
During CHEF DAYS, chefs will work with products and equipment from exhibition participants, demonstrating how to combine ingredients harmoniously, create new flavors, and find the perfect way to apply them in restaurant, café, and food hall menus.
It will be a space of inspiration, experimentation, and live culinary energy.
KNOWLEDGE, IDEAS, AND INSPIRATION
In addition to the exhibition and gastronomic show, participants and visitors will enjoy a rich business and educational program: lectures, seminars, and panel discussions.
Industry leaders — chefs, restaurateurs, technologists, HoReCa experts — will share insights on how successful projects are created, how crises are overcome, and where the gastronomy world is heading. Despite pessimistic claims about industry decline, the stage will gather those who see opportunities even in the most challenging times. They will share real cases, a critical but constructive perspective, showing that restaurant business development is not a myth, but the result of systematic work, faith, and passion.
